WoW status show the available free servers you can use just check the private servers section.
You’ll see a list of 50+ servers each offering free access
Choose the server group you want to use and sign up with them and use there server information during the installation of the kadaj patch and when first playing use the login information you used for your chosen server to log in and that’s it.

If you have any problems with the server you picked just reinstall the kadaj patch using new server information each time.
